FX Client Relations

FXCM seeks to build a diverse team of Client Relations Associates from a variety of backgrounds.   The Client Relations Team will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills in global currency markets. 

Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting the FX Sales team with the promotion of FXCM’s products and services
• Developing relationships with clients through inbound/outbound calls, chats and emails
• Discussing market news events, technical analysis, FX trading courses, trade automation, and provide guidance on a range of trading platforms available to our clients
• Communicating the primary benefits of FXCM, our trading platform, and the FX market to prospective clients
• Providing informational support and service to existing and potential clients
• Working across multiple FXCM business units to ensure client requests are completed
• Investigating and resolving client issues related to trade execution
Qualifications: 

·         Candidates must be eligible to work in Israel.

·         The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree

·         excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

·         Candidate must be able to write and speak persuasively and clearly, and think quickly and problem-solve in real-time

·         Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest and passion for financial markets, international affairs and geopolitical events

Hours: 7am – 3:30pm IST Monday to Thursday 7am - 1pm Friday

QA Associate in Operations (Back Office)

Operations Quality Assurance Associate in our foreign exchange Operations department. The candidate will compile and coordinate key performance indicator reports and other ad hoc projects and assignments.

Responsibilities:
• Perform QA checks on all items that are processed & forms that are logged. Correct & log all errors in real time
• Perform QA checks on all calls, chats & emails
• Compile QA reports in order to track efficiency
• Documenting trends & reporting any issues
• Maintaining a precise record of discrepancies & keeping management informed
• Test products & provide feedback
• Perform QA checks on outgoing wires/ release outgoing wires

• Must be eligible to work in Israel
• English at mother tongue level (written and verbal).
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Computer literate - Must have strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Must have excellent communication abilities (reading, writing, conversational)
• Must be able to spot trends and work with management on improving overall quality

Location: Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem

Hours:  40 hours per week. Monday-Thursday 7am - 3:30pm & Friday 7am - 1pm  (Shift times may change, must be flexible)

Salary:  During the first three months you will be paid a monthly global salary of NIS 5,500.  After which you will be paid a monthly global salary of NIS 6,200 plus potential for quarterly bonuses and a yearly review.

Operations Client Liaison

We are seeking career minded, experienced and motivated individuals for full-time positions in our Operations department.

Primary responsibilities includes (not limited to): -Handle heavy inbound and outbound call volume on a daily basis
-Respond to client requests and inquiries via e-mail
-Chat with clients in real time through the live person chat system
-Provide effective and timely resolution of all client account related inquiries
-Interact with General Operations and New Accounts teams to trouble shoot and resolve various client issues
-Navigate and research using company software and other resources
-Recognize possible trends and report these findings
-Strive for one-call/chat/e-mail resolution of client issues

-Must be eligible to work in Israel
-1-3 yrs of experience customer service/ call center environment required
-1-3 yrs of business writing experience a plus
-Good logic to resolve client inquiries & make quick decisions
-Excellent written & verbal communication skills
-Excellent listening skills
-Able to multi-task & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Self starter, able to work w/ minimal supervision
-Detail-oriented w/ a high-level of organizational skills
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe & Internet Savvy
-Mother tongue English

Institutional Operations Associate

We are seeking career minded, experienced and motivated individuals for entry level full-time positions in our Operations department.  The Institutional Operations Associate will join the division that provides clients with a wide variety of Institutional Forex Execution and Treasury solutions.

Primary responsibilities includes (not limited to):

- Reporting

- Billing

- Account maintenance for our banking and other institutional clients

- Correspondence with Clients (mainly via emails)

-Must be eligible to work in Israel

- English at a at mother tongue level (written and verbal)

- Computer savvy - Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (word/excel) and Internet 

- 1 – 2 years Operational/Back Office experience or Financial service experience

- Business Writing Experience is a plus!!

- Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills

- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment

- Self starter and able to work with minimal supervision
