QA Associate in Operations (Back Office)

Operations Quality Assurance Associate in our foreign exchange Operations department. The candidate will compile and coordinate key performance indicator reports and other ad hoc projects and assignments.

Responsibilities:
• Perform QA checks on all items that are processed & forms that are logged. Correct & log all errors in real time
• Perform QA checks on all calls, chats & emails
• Compile QA reports in order to track efficiency
• Documenting trends & reporting any issues
• Maintaining a precise record of discrepancies & keeping management informed
• Test products & provide feedback
• Perform QA checks on outgoing wires/ release outgoing wires

• Must be eligible to work in Israel
• English at mother tongue level (written and verbal).
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Computer literate - Must have strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Must have excellent communication abilities (reading, writing, conversational)
• Must be able to spot trends and work with management on improving overall quality

Location: Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem

Hours:  40 hours per week. Monday-Thursday 7am - 3:30pm & Friday 7am - 1pm  (Shift times may change, must be flexible)

Salary:  During the first three months you will be paid a monthly global salary of NIS 5,500.  After which you will be paid a monthly global salary of NIS 6,200 plus potential for quarterly bonuses and a yearly review.
